Heroes & Hearts
Welcome
Heroes & Hearts is a first-ever, annual luncheon, which will take place February 14, 2006 in Union Square, marking the second anniversary of Hearts in San Francisco. This event combines two celebrations, both for the benefit of San Francisco General Hospital Foundation. One event will spotlight several community heroes - individuals who have demonstrated exceptional and inspirational behavior; and one will continue the Hearts in San Francisco project by unveiling three new Hearts in the series. In addition to the three large Hearts, 12 smaller table-top Hearts will make their debut at the luncheon, also designed and painted by prominent local artists and available for purchase. These combined events are a unique hybrid of fund-raising, compassionate community involvement, and a positive nurturing of artistic expression.
